Q. What do I have to do to get my Sports Pack?

A. Just register your school and encourage parents to support. That's all, there's no purchase required and no need to collect coupons.

Q. Why do parents need to register?

A. Parents need to register to show their support for your Pre-School and to confirm that they want their children to benefit from the equipment provided.

Q. What benefits do parents get?

A. Parents will be offered the chance to benefit from special offers, competitions from Haven and also download activities and fun things to do with their children. However this is optional.

Q. How do I know when my Sports Pack will come?

A. We will email you with a delivery date – you will just need to be there to receive it. 

Q. What will you do with the information on the Pre-Schools and parents?

A. Click here for our privacy policy. We won’t give your details to any third parties.

Q. How will I know how well we’re doing?

A. We'll contact you by email with regular progress updates on the level of support you have achieved or check your homepage on the website.

Q. Do you have any suggestions about how to use the equipment?

A. We'll keep you posted about any 'Fun & Free' downloads and activity sheets that might be available to encourage the children to get up and moving! We’ll also let you know about any 'Fun & Fitness' events that might be happening near you.

Q. How do we contact you?

A. If you have any other questions, or are having trouble adding information on your home page please email support@havenfunfitness.com we will email you back or phone you if required.

Q.Will parents be sent information by Haven Holidays?

A. Only if they ask for it - we don't want to send mail to people who don't want it. We will email parents to confirm their registration (they need to click on the confirmation link in the email to activate their support) and we will tell you when your Pre-School has reached its target - but that's all.

Pre-Schools will receive updates on their progress twice a month so they know how much more support they need.

But if you, or parents, would like to receive news and details of special offers from Haven just click on the ‘opt in' box - it's entirely your choice.

Q.How long will in take parents to support the Pre-School?

A.Less than 5 minutes - they need to search for your Pre-School, fill in the support form and leave a comment. That's all!

Q. How is support measured?

A.100% represents all the children in the Pre-School; so you need all parents to log on to reach your target. The counter on your page moves in 10% increments, so will only progress once 10% of parents have logged on.
