Haven Fun & Fitness Equipment Giveaway Terms and Conditions

This campaign is open to all Pre-Schools who are in a receipt of a Haven Fun and Fitness Information pack from Haven

Pre-Schools not in receipt of a pack but interested in participating in future campaigns can register their interest by emailing us at mailto:support@haven.com

Campaign is free for Pre-Schools to participate with no purchase necessary required from schools or parents

Pre-Schools will be rewarded for their speed and the first ones to register in this campaign must then go on to obtain a minimum support from parents of 70%

Parental support is measured on the individual home page of each Pre-School registered on www.havenfunfitness.com

As a thank you for their support parents have the option to sign up to receive special offers from Haven. Parents not wishing to receive offers from Haven can opt out

All content added by parents will be subject to moderation by Haven and will not appear on the website until it has been approved

Any images of children updated on the website by Pre-Schools must have approval of parents and copyright owned by the school

Haven reserve the right to remove or amend any in appropriate content

Haven will send bi-weekly progress updates by email to each participating school

By registering Pre-Schools commit to

a) Distribute information to parents supplied by Haven
b) Keep parents notified of progress by displaying and updating the poster supplied by Haven.
c) Download additional reminders to send to parents if required

Bonus items require 100% parental support measured in the same way and are subject to availability.

Any schools who do not reach a minimum of 50% by the 16th March 2010 will be notified and replaced by another school who have registered on the waiting list.

Schools registering on the waiting list will either be offered the opportunity to participate in 2010 or 2011.

Haven will endeavour to deliver all equipment to schools the month after they reach the 100% target but not before January 31st.

Haven do not accept liability for late delivery due to manufacturing or supply problems.

Haven reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value

All equipment complies with all British Standard regulations and has been supplied by Davies Sports specialist in providing sports equipment for schools. www.DaviesSports.co.uk. NES Arnold/Davis Sport product guarantee relates to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first twelve months after delivery. Any products returned will be assessed by our Quality Control department before any compensation is given. If we find no fault we will not provide compensation and reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee or minimum of £10 whichever is greater and recover any delivery charges incurred. If an item is faulty we reserve the right to repair or replace. If it is not possible a credit will be issued Goods no longer required, due to ordering error/ surplus to requirements may be considered for return if prior authorisation is obtained and notification should be within 5 days of delivery. Where authorisation is obtained a 20% handling charge or minimum of £10 whichever is greater will be charged. Please note customers will be charged the full cost of the goods plus the above fee and any delivery fees incurred for any goods not returned in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. In some instances such as special orders or direct delivery, it may not be possible to return goods and the company will invoice the full amount.

Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions

All equipment is subject to availability and you may receive a different bonus item to the one you have chosen if you reach 100%.

Parents may register their support for a maximum of 2 children per Pre-School. Parents can also include relatives of the children's family and members of the local commmunity if the pre-school has a multiple siblings in the same family, or if the pre-school struggles to reach their targets with parental support alone.

Pre-Schools must have a Minimum of 10 children to benefit from the scheme

Haven reserve the right to de-activate schools that do not follow the guidelines or terms and conditions of the campaign

This is an online campaign - participants must have a valid email address and access to a computer. Pre-Schools can only be supported online.

Pre-Schools will be alerted via email when ever someone supports their setting.
